Backup software for all control versions. It has been specially programmed for our CNC controls and offers a convenient solution for backing up user programmes. The software is compatible with the following operating systems: Windows 2000/XP/7/8/10. It offers programme backup via RS232 or via the company network.

LCD-Handbox

Remote control of all operating modes as on the CNC keyboard. The axes can be selected individually using a switch button. The LCD display shows the current values, program data, parameters etc. depending on the operating mode. The feed speed can be varied using the built-in potentiometer and the individual axes can be moved using the electronic handwheel.

Joystick

Analog control unit for three axes for continuous (also joint) movement in the preselected direction. For set-up operation with 6 meter cable length.

USB-Interface

Built into aluminum housing (91.5 x 43.5 x 85) for front panel mounting. Switch for supply voltage 1 LED Sick active, 2 LED Communication / Ready. 1x USB connection 1x 9-pin SubD V24 interface. Included in delivery 1 USB stick and V24 connection cable.

CNC data storage on commercially available USB sticks. Can be read and written on any PC. Currently tested up to 4GB. Connection to the control via V24 interface up to 19200 Bd. Automatic baud rate detection. Operation via the EXTERNAL DATA menu of the controller. File browsing, even across subdirectories, on the stick. File names limited to 8 characters.
